Exchange Policy


What toys can be exchanged?
ONLY eligible items (No damage, no altered, item's packaging has not been tampered) can be exchanged.

How to exchange the item?
Normally if your item is not defective and the item's packaging has not been tampered, then you can exchange the item to the new one as you want. But we need to check whether the item is intact. To help you exchange the item, please contact our customer service and follow their guide, otherwise we will not be responsible for any loss!

Attention please:
1. Please return the item within 60 days from the purchase date.
2. Return postage is on buyer. We do not accept the Freight Collect.
3. Tracking number of the returned package needs to be provided within 7 days from the day we give you the return address. After 7 days we will assume that the product is satisfactory and no exchange is accepted.
4. After we have received your returned item and the inspection of returned item(s) is completed(normally within 1-3 working days), we will send you a brand-new item as you want to exchange with(you may need to pay the price difference if the new item you want is more expensive than your previous order or we will offer you a partial refund if the new item you want is cheaper than your previous order).

Note: Please do not send items to the address given on the shipping package. It's not our return address, otherwise it will affect your return process. For those self-return or self-exchange without our authorization, our customer service have the right to refuse the returned item(s).
