Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we charge 50% as the restocking fee before we ship out your order. But if we have shipped out your order, then no items can be canceled or altered. We thank you so much for your understanding.

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: Normally the processing time is about 2-3 working days(please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as working days). The delivery time is about 15-20 working days. In other words, you can get your order within 20-25 working days after placing your order.
