Shipping Policy

1. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping worldwide and there is no minimum purchase required for Free Shipping.

2. What is the shipping method?
We normally use the Post Mail logistics service and the delivery time is about 15-20 working days. If you want to get your order faster, please contact our customer service and we will change the default logistics service to expedited shipping methods. In this way, you'll need to pay additional shipping fee. For more details about expedited shipping, please feel free to contact our customer service.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Normally the processing time is about 2-3 working days(please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as working days). The delivery time is about 15-20 working days. In other words, you can get your order within 20-25 working days after placing your order.

4. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Please let us know your new address before we ship out your order, otherwise we will send your item to your first address and we are not responsible if you can not receive your item.

5. Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, once your order is shipped out, we will send you an email about the tracking information. Therefore, please make sure that your email address is valid.

6. Can my order be shipped to a P.O. Box address?
Currently we can not send any items to P.O. Boxes or APO / FPO addresses.

7. Are import duties and taxes included in the item price?
No, we are not responsible for the import duties. The tariff policy varies from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information on the taxes or duties you would be liable to.
However, we always declare your order with a lower value. Normally, the value we declare will not exceed 15 USD. In this way we can help you to reduce the potential tariff. We thank you so much for your understanding.

8. Will I get the full order fee back if I do not receive my order?
Definitely yes. We will always keep an eye on your order until the logistics status "The delivery has been successfully delivered" is displayed. If something unforeseen happened, e.g. "Recipient can not be determined: name is not on the doorbell / mailbox", we will contact you immediately. If we do not receive your response in time, your order can be destroyed by the local logistics department as the item has not been picked up for a long time. In this case, we will not refund you the full amount of the order fee and your order will be destroyed. Thank you for your understanding.
